September 2026 Calendar

Care Kits for the unsheltered and food  insecure are available for pick up each Sunday in the Narthex.  There is no cost. 

Every Sunday after service there is a  Sunday Social Hour in the Fellowship Hall  It's a good chance to meet with friends, new and old, over coffee and treats after church services. 

On the last Sunday of the month, the Fellowship Committee will be celebrating birthdays for that month with a cake.   Please join us for a celebration of those church friends celebrating birthdays

First Monday of the month at 5:00 P.M Art and Soul Group  will meet in Pastor’s office.  

Every Tuesday at 11:00 A.M Hands of Love meets in the Fellowship Hall.  Be part of the Lutheran World Relief Quilt and Kit Ministry.  Quilts will be sent around the world to those in need

Every Wednesday at 11:00 A.M.  Grief & Loss Support Group will meet on in Pastor Carole’s office. Contact Pastor Carole if you would like to join the group. 

Every Wednesday Bible study at 2 pm in the church library.  Bring a friend!

On the first Saturday of the month  Men’s Bible Study at  Howard’s Coffee Shop in Cypress at 8:30 A.M. Contact Gordon Hild, if you would like to join 

On the second Saturday of the month Women’s Ministry at 10:00 am  in the Library. 

Wednesday Sept 9 at 4:30 pm  Council will meet in the library.    

Wednesday, September 16 at 4:00 P.M.  Mount Calvary Reads in Pastor Carole’s office. The current book is Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit  by Jeanette Winterson

Saturday Sept 26 at 5:00 P.M. Dinner Out at Gourmet Pie.  The restaurant is located at  Katella Ave.,Los Alamitos . Everyone is invited to join us for dinner out.
